What is it?
Mindfulness is simply the act of being more aware of the world around and within us. It is being aware of our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations and accepting them without judgement.
Who is it for?
I offer mindfulness workshops for parents who may want to learn more about mindfulness in order to be able to support their children better.
How can it help?
How does it work?
I run a series of workshops which are adapted based on the ages of the children you will be supporting, so you can be sure you are learning the most effective strategies for you and your child. Sessions run weekly over a period of 6 weeks and are usually run from my office or a suitable venue depending on the group size.
